Refund policy
30-Day Return Policy (Damaged Goods & Misprints Only)
- We accept returns within 30 days, but only for items that are damaged or misprinted. If you ordered the wrong design or size, we can’t accept a return—though in some cases, we may be able to help with a reprint.
- To be eligible, your item must be unworn/unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at kitsune.shedo@gmail.com with your order details and photos of the damage.
- Good news: you don’t need to ship the damaged product back! Since everything is made-to-order, the item is yours to keep.
Damages & Issues
- Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you find any defects or damages, contact us right away so we can make things right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
- Custom products (like personalized commissions) can’t be returned.
- Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges
- The quickest way to get what you want is to place a new order after your return is accepted.
European Union Customers
- If your order ships to the EU, you have 14 days to cancel or return for any reason. Items must be unworn/unused, with tags and original packaging, and you’ll need proof of purchase.
Refunds
- Once approved, refunds go to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card company may take extra time to process it.
- If it’s been more than 15 business days since approval and you haven’t received your refund, please email us at kitsune.shedo@gmail.com.
