By visiting kitsuneshedo.com or making a purchase, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our site or placing an order.
1. General Store Use
  • You must be at least 18 years old (or have parental consent) to use this site.
  • By using our site, you agree to follow all applicable laws and these terms.
2. Product Information & Pricing
  • We do our best to describe every product accurately—colors may vary slightly due to screen settings.
  • Prices are listed in your selected currency and may change without notice. Discounts and promotions are subject to availability and may change at any time.
  • All artwork and designs are for personal use only.
3. Orders & Payment
  • We accept American Express, Apple Pay, Diners Club, Discover, Google Pay, Mastercard, PayPal, Shop Pay, and Visa.
  • Orders are processed once payment is received. Kitsune Shēdo reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or errors in product information.
4. Shipping & Delivery
  • We ship worldwide (except Europe at this time), using Printify for fulfillment.
  • Shipping times and costs are shown at checkout and may vary by region.
  • Kitsune Shēdo is not responsible for delays or issues caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect shipping information.
5. Digital Downloads
  • Digital art files and printables are delivered electronically via email or direct download link after purchase.
  • Please download your files promptly and back them up—download links may expire.
  • All digital downloads are for personal use only and may not be shared, redistributed, or used commercially without permission.
6. Custom Commissions
  • Custom anime-style art commissions are available on a limited basis (max 2 at a time to ensure quality).
  • Commissions are priced individually and require clear communication about your vision, references, and expectations.
  • Turnaround time is typically 7–10 days, but may vary depending on complexity and current queue.
  • All custom commission sales are final. Minor revisions are included, but major changes may require an additional fee.
  • Digital custom commissions are delivered electronically; physical commissions (if offered) will be shipped per our standard policy.
  • By purchasing a commission, you agree not to use the artwork for commercial purposes unless you have written permission from Kitsune Shēdo.
7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
  • Please see our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
  • Returns are accepted only for damaged or misprinted items, within 30 days of delivery.
  • Custom commissions and digital downloads are non-refundable unless the file is defective or there’s a major issue.
  • For EU customers, a 14-day cooling-off period applies to eligible items.
8. Intellectual Property
  • All artwork, designs, and content on kitsuneshedo.com are the property of Kitsune Shēdo and Léa.
  • Purchases grant you a non-transferable, personal use license only. Commercial use, reproduction, or redistribution is strictly prohibited without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
  • Kitsune Shēdo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for your purchase.
10. Privacy & Data
  • Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how your information is collected and used.
11. User Conduct
  • You agree not to use our site for unlawful purposes, to harass others, or to upload harmful content.
12. Changes to Terms
